Refunds

Afrocanfit Solutions has no refund policy on all digital products. Once purchase for any digital product has been made and is successful, it is 100% non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a refund of physical products, the item must be defective, damaged, or does not fit prior to use. To initiate a return, please email service@afrocanfit.com. Items to be returned will be received at Plot 16 Tagore Crescent, Kamwokya, Kampala at the expense of the customer. Make sure to first send an email before shipping the item.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you shall receive your funds using the method used during payment within 5-7 business days.

If we determine that any item/s are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the item/s will be returned to you. For any inquiries about this, send an email to service@afrocanfit.com

Exchanges

Afrocanfit will only replace items that are defective, damaged, or do not fit. If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item, please email service@afrocanfit.com. Items to be exchanged will be received at Plot 16 Tagore Crescent, Kamwokya, Kampala at the expense of the customer. Make sure to first send an email before shipping the item.

Sale Items

All discounted items are final and unfortunately will not be refunded unless they are defective, damaged, or do not fit. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Coupons

Only 1 coupon can be applied during checkout. Coupons are only restricted to regular priced items and therefore cannot be applied to items on sale.

Delivery

You will receive your items 2-5 days after payment has been confirmed.
